Exhaust Shroud – Cessna 208

We reverse engineered and manufactured this custom exhaust shroud for a Cessna 208 aircraft. The project included precision 3D modeling of the aerodynamic duct and flange, followed by fabrication of the final aluminum part. The design was optimized for fit, durability, and thermal tolerance, and finished with corrosion-resistant coating for long-term use in aviation environments.
