Custom Cannon Plug – Reverse Engineered

Reverse engineered a legacy 12-pin cannon plug used in a high-vibration aerospace electrical harness. The client required a digital CAD model and fully documented geometry to support obsolete part replacement and connector replication. Threads, pin alignment, and flange geometry were modeled to spec for seamless integration into the original system. Final files were delivered in STEP and drawing formats for rapid sourcing and CNC compatibility.
