C-130 ACM Nozzle Housing
Reverse engineered and 3D modeled an Air Cycle Machine (ACM) nozzle housing for a C-130 aircraft. The design captured complex internal and external geometries, including airflow passages and mounting points. The part was successfully manufactured for a client as a replacement component, ensuring compatibility with the original system.
