1st Stage Turbine Wheel APU

Reverse engineered a 1st stage turbine wheel from a GTCP-131-B APU for a certified MRO shop. Using our in-house CMM scanning equipment, we captured precise blade and hub geometry to create a manufacturable CAD model. The part was then fabricated to spec, supporting the client’s need for a reliable APU overhaul solution. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver aerospace-critical components with tight tolerances and engineering accuracy.
